Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Time passes rapidly...indeed it is already some weeks ago that we met at the joined colloquium of Living Donor Liver Transplantation Study Group and IV Congress of Hepatology in the beautiful capital of Kazakhstan, Astana. 

It was great to meet all of you at this meeting together with the more than 300 delegates. Thanks to your highly appreciated contribution this meeting was a real success! I want to thank you personally not only for your active participation but also for your hospitality and most of all friendship.

I wish to extent my gratitude also to both the local organizing committee and the office (InSession) in Seoul. Thanks to their motivation and organizational skills, one can say this meeting was a perfect one!

As I announced at the beginning of the meeting, the editors of Transplantation Proceedings accepted to edit an issue on this meeting. So, do not forget to send in your manuscript.
